I have edited numerous films and videos. From short sports pieces, commercials, music videos and promos to feature length documentaries and exposés of the rich and powerful.

I have mainly worked on current affairs and political documentaries, but more recently have been trying to change the genre of material I cut. I now work more with the softer side of the schedule, with films for the National Geographic and Discovery channels – including one of Nat Geo's best rating shows "Monster Fish".

I recently post supervised the feature film Clockwise (2010), from picture lock through its final VFX and audio needs. The final product has been released in Qatar as the first fully funded cinematic Qatari film.

I have also begun producing material as well. For my first project I worked for UEFA to produce B-Roll material for their web film the Bangkok leg of the Champions League Trophy Tour of Asia. This meant interviewing Steve McManaman and Christian Karembeu, and also directing shots of Bangkok for the final edit.

I have completed many programmes on the Final Cut Pro NLE, including High Definition films for National Geographic, Discovery Channel International and Al Jazeera English. I have also edited with Red material for a commercial for the Taiwan Tourist board. I have my own edit suite equipped with working copies of both FCP and Avid, and plenty of storage space.

Over the years I have had to learn a variety of new editing tools. From online edit controllers, dve’s and vision mixers to the numerous versions of the Avid system. I have worked extensively on Film and Media Composer, AvidExpress/Pro, Symphony and Adrenalin both as an offline editor and an online operator.

Before that I was at Crowborough Beacon Secondary School where I passed '9' O levels and 1 'A' level.

I spend my social time in a variety of pursuits including regular early morning visits to the gym, swimming, walking, reading, going to the cinema and when I'm not too busy - learning the Thai language.

But I do try and watch as many feature and documentary films as possible, not just for the pleasure but also to keep abreast of new styles and editing tricks that appear every now and again.

I have been fortunate enough through my family to have travelled around most of Europe. But I am now living in Bangkok, Thailand.
